Do your Staff have a Working with Children’s Check?
All our staff have a current working with Children’s Check.

Can children be left unsupervised during the party?
Children are under the care of the party parents. They will be responsible for supervision and assistance with any toilet runs! This enable our party hosts to keep the party going.

Do you staff have first aid training?
One member of staff at all times has first aid training.

Do you cater for Food Allergies /special Dietary Requirements?
We have a  nut free venue and can cater for additional allergies, dietary requirements. Please discuss this with staff when booking your party.

Can other parents stay for the duration of the party?
Most parties are aimed for children 6-12 years of age. At this age children are comfortable with a drop off/pick up type of party. If you require parents to also stay there is an additional $100 charge for 6-13 or more parents. We cannot cater for more than this number. This includes a food platter during the party.
Free Tea and coffee making facilities are available.
